Since opening Gillian Jason Gallery's London space in 2021, Millie Foster has focused on art created by women--showcasing more than 100 artists both within the Gallery and at international fairs across New York, Basel, and Istanbul. Foster is also a member of the Studio Voltaire Council and founded the museum's Young Patrons Group, which provides access and insights into the arts for young collectors and artists. In 2024, Gillian Jason Gallery sponsored Tate Britain's first ever all-female exhibition.
